I'm catching up on all your blogs posts, they're so fun to read. I love the sheep stories and pictures (esp. the Xmas card ones). This post reminded me of one Luke did along the same lines: How Low is the Bar Set. When we first had Eve a lot of people were amazed he was a "parent"--as in, "He's changing a diaper, should we take a picture?" And I'd say, "He's home all day with her while I work, so it happens more than you think." Anyway, hope you're doing well and that stuff is working out OK with your dad, that sounds really rough. Take care.

We all wish there was something we could do to help. Read your article in Bethesda and along with this blog, it is very moving. Just remember you have a lot of friends out here pulling for you. We may not be able to help with your Dad, but if there is something we can do for you or your Mom, just let us know.

That last picture is too funny!

In the city we trek over to chinatown, double park, get yelled at by a cyclist, walk in and ask for a bundled up 7 foot tree, slip the guy 10 bucks to wrap it and load it, and come home and fight for a few hours because said tree is actually closer to 10 feet and won't fit in the stand. Ahhhhhh memories.

What a nice event.we always cut ours with "grandpap"Anderson in their woods,kids in tow.most of the time they were a little lopsided or crooked.but we knew where the tree came from and the kids enjoyed it.Happy memories!
